These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Shine Digitals' Website Development and Digital Marketing Services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
Client: Refers to any individual, business, or entity that engages Shine Digitals for services.
Services: Refers to all website development and digital marketing services provided by Shine Digitals.
Agreement: Refers to these terms and conditions and any other terms agreed upon by the Client and Shine Digitals.
Shine Digitals agrees to provide the services as outlined in the service agreement or proposal. All services will be delivered as per the specifications, timeline, and scope detailed in the agreement. Any additional services or changes to the scope may incur additional costs, subject to mutual agreement.
The Client agrees to pay all fees associated with the services provided by Shine Digitals as per the invoice or payment schedule. Payments must be made within the specified time frame stated on the invoice. Shine Digitals reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not received on time.
All materials, including designs, content, code, and graphics created by Shine Digitals for the Client, remain the property of Shine Digitals until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the Client will have ownership rights to the final deliverables, except for any third-party materials or licenses.
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the term of this agreement confidential and not to use or disclose such information without prior written consent.
The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and access required by Shine Digitals to perform the services. The Client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the content provided to Shine Digitals.
Shine Digitals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. Shine Digitals' total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services.
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days of notice. Shine Digitals may terminate the agreement immediately if the Client fails to make payments or breaches confidentiality.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India.
Shine Digitals reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing.
